Empires are built on solid ground
During college, I launched Swish Maids, a flourishing housekeeping service. I nurtured a team of 6, transforming them from novices into industry professionals. By year two, we were earning multiple six-figure revenues and later exited for a profit.
This wasn’t just a business. It was a training ground, where I gained a treasure trove of insights. I discovered the ins and outs of entrepreneurship, from the thrill of a startup to the art of attracting and keeping the perfect clients. This venture was my springboard into a journey of self-growth and the mastery of business, advertising, and marketing.
This path led me to a eureka moment – the inception of the Blitz Automated Marketing (BAM) system. BAM is the distillation of my trials and triumphs, a toolkit for businesses that are ready to smash through their sales goals, consistently.
Around the same time, the entrepreneurial bug bit me again, leading to the inception of my consulting agency, Blitz Front Media. A platform dedicated to the art and science of digital marketing, automation, and big data analytics.
The first, full year in business and made over $40,000 while in college as a full-time student and also employed in another business as the Assistant General Manager to 7 store locations.

2016
Trial by Fire
Started my professional marketing career by helping a close friend bring his culinary vision to life and launching his restaurant, Nori Asian Kitchen. With a strong background in business and marketing, I was eager to apply my skills to a new industry.
Right away, I leveraged my expertise in storytelling, branding, and a combination of online and offline marketing strategies to drive success for Nori Asian Kitchen.
In just three short months, I boosted the restaurant’s average order value (AOV) by a staggering 200% by implementing a fresh and effective sales and marketing plan.
As word of my success spread, I began attracting new clients from a variety of industries, expanding my knowledge and expertise in all things marketing, sales, and advertising. The referrals kept coming, and my business, Blitz Front Media, became the go-to agency for businesses looking to make a big impact in their respective markets.

2017
Invitation from Facebook
Diving headfirst into the entrepreneurial pool without a life jacket can be a nerve-wracking experience, but couple it with a killer marketing strategy and you’ve got the recipe for stratospheric success. This was the exact ride I took with my second entrepreneurial venture into the e-commerce space. Armed with the power of Facebook Ads, I turbocharged the new business past the six-figure mark in just 5 short months, earning my stripes as a Facebook and Instagram media buying pro.
The hustle didn’t stop there. I knew the real deal was in carving out a strong digital footprint, engineering a sales funnel that pumps out profits, and unlocking the Pandora’s box of consumer demand. So, I rolled up my sleeves and built a Shopify website from scratch. My focus? Curating an unrivaled user experience, weaving sales copy that could charm a snake, and implementing conversion-rate optimization (CRO) tests to maximize average order value (AOV) at every stage of the customer journey.
Launched Shopify ecommerce store and achieved six figures sales revenue within 5 months.
They extended an invite to their exclusive inner circle, a chance to share my insights and help shape the Facebook Advertising landscape for thousands of businesses.
But the learning never stops. My thirst for growth led me to the doors of private online marketing communities and mastermind groups, where I plunged headfirst into a sea of knowledge, testing and sharing my expertise on the frontier of digital marketing and high-impact ROI strategies. This constant exchange of insights kept me ahead of the game, always armed with the latest marketing solutions for my clients.
This journey wasn’t just a growth spurt for my consulting agency; it was a personal evolution. My skills, network, and industry understanding all bloomed. This was a pivotal period in my career, and the crucible that forged the BAM system – a toolkit bursting with business strategies, data analytics, and marketing tactics proven to drive profits.
2018
Mastery Begins with Teaching
Wearing the dual hats of a consultant and Facebook Ads trainer, I joined a digital marketing agency with a specialization in local business services. My mission? To push my marketing prowess into uncharted territories, exploring the vast landscape of social media platforms and mastering new advertising tools to morph into a full-fledged omni-channel marketer.
As my focus pivoted towards catapulting businesses to breakthrough results, I started spotting patterns. Patterns that were the common denominators among companies raking in a cool 6- to 7-figure monthly revenue. These weren’t just patterns; they were the golden nuggets of key business and marketing strategies. I polished these nuggets to a high shine for the agency, fueling fresh ideas that would later become the cornerstone of the BAM system.
I threw these lucrative ideas into the testing cauldron, making them repeatable, scalable, and measuring them against the yardstick of existing success metrics. I was relentless in pushing the envelope, adding layers of value to the agency’s clients, nurturing trust, cementing long-term partnerships, and trimming down client turnover.
That’s me, unveiling details on a new marketing program.
Outside the 9 to 5 grind, I was a maestro conducting an orchestra of systems aimed at slashing operational costs, saving precious time, and turbocharging productivity with streamlined processes. I brought these findings to the agency’s table, training its team with my unique blueprint. My methodology was tried and tested across a spectrum of business industries, from budding startups to burgeoning SMBs. My stint as the agency’s contractor might have been brief, but the lessons I pocketed were timeless.
During this time, I struck gold again when I crossed paths with my first mentor, a Creative Marketing Director armed with Fortune 500 experience. This relationship was a catalyst, condensing three years’ worth of sales and marketing wisdom into one turbocharged year.

2018-2019
The BAM System Blueprint
Next, I embarked on a journey with an Amazon marketing agency, setting my sights on the booming e-commerce landscape. My mission was to craft marketing strategies designed to drive sky-high conversion rates, all while keeping ad expenses in check amidst cutthroat competition.
Leveraging the power of remote and distributed teams, I managed to ramp up the agency’s productivity by a whopping 200% and slash project completion times in half.
When the workday wound down, I continued my grind with a handpicked group of personal clients across diverse industries. This was all part of my master plan to hone the blueprint that would eventually bring the BAM system to life — an all-encompassing solution for business and marketing needs.
At the same time, I took the initiative to launch BAONGFAMILY.com, a community platform dedicated to giving back, raising cultural awareness, and fostering a positive identity for the Iu-Mien American community. It was here that the BAM system made its debut and instantly resonated with the community, marking its first success story.

2019-2020
Deploying the BAM System
My work with marketing agencies was incredibly enlightening, yet an insatiable curiosity lingered about the inner mechanics of in-house marketing teams within brands or corporations. That curiosity became my compass, guiding me towards the next chapter in my professional journey.
In 2019, I embraced a new role at Corefact, an INC 5000 real estate marketing agency, with the intent to deploy marketing strategies at a corporate level. There, I assembled and mentored a team of gifted marketing specialists and analysts, equipped to drive initiatives and uncover fresh business opportunities.
At the 2019, National Association of Realtors (NAR) conference in Los Angeles, CA.
In a highly competitive B2B marketing contest hosted by Keller Williams Realty, our team stood out among over 200 participating companies.
The three-round competition included a presentation, live polling by KW professionals, and a decisive live stream vote at the Aria Las Vegas Expo in 2019, viewed by over 200,000 people.
While our VP of Sales & VP of Marketing represented us on stage, I spearheaded marketing efforts at headquarters, building momentum and attracting a supportive following.
Our strategic activities culminated in a victory, winning 60% of the total vote count against two other finalists in the property marketing category.
This successful endeavor not only provided us with a valuable learning experience, but also secured a multi-million dollar contract, positioning Corefact as a premier vendor for Keller Williams and its network of 35,000 professionals nationwide.

Years of sharpening my skills across a spectrum of digital marketing disciplines had prepared me for this moment. The stage was set to showcase the power of the BAM system in a corporate arena. And so, I embarked on a quest to infuse BAM into numerous company projects, reaching out to untapped audiences via diverse marketing channels, and introducing the 15-year-old company to both novice and veteran real estate professionals. This strategy breathed life into new revenue streams that had previously remained dormant due to a lack of specialized expertise.
Furthermore, I devised a marketing strategy that gave birth to a private Facebook group, attracting a community of over 2,300 real estate professionals. This generated a wealth of exclusive leads and sales opportunities in the B2B domain, while substantially trimming down ad costs. The Facebook group continues to thrive as a source of quality leads.
2020-2021
Proving the BAM System
The COVID-19 pandemic delivered an initial blow, leading to my temporary departure from Corefact. However, it was merely a bump in the road.
Subsequently, I embraced a new client project, successfully catalyzing their business launch.
This achievement caught the attention of Local Sacramento News, and even paved the way for three corporate collaborations. (See case study: here)
Helped my client, EZ Vibe successfully launch his business and got featured on Good Day Sacramento News.
Meanwhile, my collaboration with my first client, Nori Asian Kitchen, flourished. The effective marketing strategies forged from the BAM system drove the restaurant’s growth, culminating in an expansion into a full-scale bar and lounge.
These successes served to cement the effectiveness of the BAM system, validating its standing as a potent business and marketing solution, versatile across diverse business types and industries.
And the results speak volumes.

2022
Unleashing the BAM System
Curious, I put the BAM System to the test by launching multiple ventures simultaneously: an ecommerce coffee business and a stock-trading investment club.
The goal? Achieve hyper-growth profitability under 3 months, while maintaining high profit margins, automating sales, and systematically reducing operational costs.
I launched my fourth venture, KoysCoffee.com, under the umbrella of my second company, BAONG. This initiative was designed to generate jobs and opportunities for under-served Southeast Asian communities that have been ravaged by the opium epidemic. By leveraging just a fraction of the BAM system, we managed to sell-out our coffee products within the first week of launch.
KoysCoffee.com – premium, imported Thai coffee, grown at at 5,000 ft elevation in the deep jungles of Northern Thailand.
I brought my fifth business, SACPLUG.com, into existence as a hobbyist platform for a local investment club with a focus on educational info-services for Day-Trading and Stock Options Trading. We started with a modest group of four members and ballooned to 84 paid members within a span of three months.

Needless to say, we achieved all target sales goals and exceeded expectations with the BAM System. This was ground-breaking to say the least.

Going National: Scaling Multiple Business Units with the BAM System
Currently, I am a marketing executive at a national company where I guide a multi-million dollar advertising budget and direct 35 independently-owned business locations across the United States.

But what excites me the most is witnessing my first million-dollar sales pipeline which I developed on my own and will soon shatter all previous company records in its 22-year history. And so far, it’s showing promising results.
